The strength of the Key Population Consortium of Kenya lies in its networks. When NTAN, KeNPUD, KESWA, GHPN-Ke and our wider community come together, we move from isolated efforts to a coordinated movement for health, socio-economic inclusion, and human rights.

Our recent learning and linkage engagement brought partners together to share what is working on the ground, surface common challenges, and align on advocacy priorities for the year ahead. Sessions focused on meaningful engagement, capacity strengthening, and the practical steps needed to translate evidence into policy change.

A recurring theme was demystification – helping the public, service providers, and decision-makers understand who key populations are and the barriers they face. Accurate information dismantles stigma, and dismantling stigma saves lives.

The Consortium will carry these priorities forward through continued convening, knowledge sharing, and linkage to local and international partners – because lasting change is built together.
